Bike technician

Your role in our team

As a Bike Technician at Decathlon, you'll be responsible for:

• Repairing and maintaining bicycles and other sports equipment
• Ordering spare parts and managing inventory
• Communicating with stores and stakeholders about repairs
• Ensuring products are returned to customers in perfect condition

Your growth path

We invest in your development through trainings and workshops. As you gain skills, you can progress to higher technician levels with increased responsibilities and salary (€2600 - €2800 for Senior Workshop Technician).

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of relevant repair experience (bike technician degree is a plus)
• Enthusiasm for sports and motivation to learn
• Strong team spirit and willingness to help where needed
• Organized work style and good communication skills
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU nationality and residence within 30 km of Tilburg
• Availability for 32-38 hours per week

Working hours and location

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at our Decathlon Warehouse in Tilburg. No late shifts or weekends required.
