Multilingual Customer Service Representative


Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, email, and chat Support customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status Prepare quotes for software licences and renewals Follow up on quotes to support the sales process Work closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent service Support with other related administrative or service tasks as needed Requirements To excel in this role, you’ll need: Fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1-C2), spoken and written At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, administration or inside sales (B2B) Interested in IT/software industry Strong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environment Its a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working from home every Friday Benefits Our client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing: ~ ASAP ~ Extensive training and ongoing support. ~ 4 days working onsite and 1 day working from home (Friday) ~ Application Procedure If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
