What Will You Do?

As a Team Leader, you are the entrepreneur of your own sports department, preferably with an affinity for cycling. You take full ownership of your department’s growth and performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the inventory strategy for your sports department
• Coaching and motivating your sales team to achieve stronger results
• Ensuring attractive merchandising and effective stock management
• Identifying new talent and helping team members reach their full potential
• Contributing to sustainable business operations and excellent customer service
• Defining the commercial strategy for your sports department

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes sport and is ready to take on a real leadership challenge. Previous management experience is a plus, but the right mindset is what matters most.

You:

• Speak Dutch fluently (English is a strong advantage)
• Have a higher professional education level (HBO) or MBO Level 4 combined with a winning mentality
• Are outgoing and able to inspire both colleagues and customers
• Are available 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Have a strong passion for sport and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with others
• Take initiative and are eager to progress quickly within retail
