Our client is seeking a strong Sales Support professional /strong to assist our Sales and Account Mangers with a variety of tasks focused on enhancing customer service and streamlining the sales process. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support to both our customers and internal teams to help drives sales and expand product offerings.br /Main duties and responsibilities:ulliProcess standard quotation requests and verify commercial conditions and agreements, ensuring all data is accurately reflected in the ERP system. /liliDevelop and send standard quotations to customers while checking booked orders for accuracy. /liliCompile and assist with periodic reports and monthly sales forecasts. /liliServe as the first point of contact for customers, providing commercial information and updates on sales promotions and product expansions. /liliManage customer contracts and foster strong customer relationships through effective communication. /liliCoordinate the distribution and ordering of promotional materials, and proactively engage customers with promotional proposals. /liliAddress issues related to incorrect deliveries or invoices, and manage customer complaints by registering and informing the Sales and Account Managers of recurring issues. /liliSupport Sales and Account Managers by maintaining up-to-date customer data and facilitating appointments, ensuring they are informed about customer details. /liliProcess information collected during customer visits and analyze market data. /liliCoordinate internal processes and projects across various departments, and assist product managers with customer-specific packaging and product adjustments. /li /ulH3Requirements /H3Experience and Trainingbr /ullistrongHBO /strong (higher professional education) working and thinking level. /liliPrevious experience in a similar role within strongFMCG, retail, or international trade is preferred. /strong /liliFamiliarity with strongSAP /strongis an advantage. /liliProficient in modern MS Office applications. /liliFluent in both German and English, spoken and written /li /ulSkills and Competencies:br /ulliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliA commercial mindset with a customer-friendly approach. /liliProactive attitude, capable of motivating and engaging stakeholders. /liliService-oriented and results-driven. /liliFlexibility and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. /li /ulH3Benefits /H3ulliFlexible starting hours between 07:00AM - 09:00AM /liliHybrid working (2 days a week from home) /liliA home office allowance is provided /liliA company laptop and cell phone will be provided /lili37.5 Hours a week on a full time basis /lili34 Vacation days a year on a full time working basis /liliTravel expenses are reimbursed at 0.23 cents per kilometer to a maximum of 30km's one way /liliPension contributions are split 1/3 by the employee and 2/3 by the employer /li /ulH3Application Procedure /h3If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
