We are looking for a Tech Solutions Engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails to join our talented development team. In this hybrid role, you will both develop scalable API applications and support customers in integrating and troubleshooting their e invoicing connections. Develop, test, and maintain API applications using Ruby on Rails Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Provide technical support for clients during API integration and configuration Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to API usage and data exchange Work with JSON-based data formats and e-invoicing standards (e.g. Document recurring issues and share insights with the product team for long term improvements 3 years (including Ruby on Rails) experience in software development ~ Or 5+ years of experience in software development ~ Experience providing technical support ~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Our Dutch office is in the center of Hilversum in a historical building just 10 minutes walking from the train station and next to a parking garage where you can park on our costs Remote working is fine for us, although our office is like home Our mission is to simplify financial processes and ensure compliance with global e-invoicing standards.
