Over de vacature

As an Operator in meat preparation, you play a key role at the heart of the production process. You’ll accurately weigh ingredients like meat, powders, and liquids, then expertly mix them into perfect meat blends. All activities are performed safely and strictly according to HACCP guidelines. In this role, the operator will:

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Detect and resolve technical disturbances immediately
• Work closely with team members to keep the workflow smooth

Physical fitness is important, as the job requires a healthy dose of energy and effort. Teamwork and helping each other makes this job especially enjoyable.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

• Experience in food production is preferred (pet food experience is a plus)
• A go-getter with a hands-on mentality
• Works neatly and follows clear rules
• Proactive and able to intervene before problems arise
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Good command of the English language; Dutch is a bonus

Wat mag jij van ons verwachten?

• Salary up to €3400 per month, including a 25% shift allowance
• Work in a 5-shift system (2 early, 2 late, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off)
• Average of 33.6 hours per week, paid for 40 hours
