The organisation has several specializes in design and execution of large and complex offshore projects. This position is part of a new and fast developing team (8 FTE). As a Senior Project Controller you have a proactive attitude, self starter and an excellent communicator who collaborates with stakeholders.br /p /pph2Function /h2ulliDrive the financial cycle (budgeting, forecasting, actuals) for major CAPEX projects in close partnership with project management; /liliProvide actionable financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through robust business cases; /liliEstablish project structures, allocate budgets, and oversee cost control at both project and budget owner levels; /liliPrepare monthly cash flow projections; /liliAnalyze and interpret budget variances; /liliCoordinate planning processes for complex investment projects; /liliDeliver day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams; /liliIdentify and execute initiatives to enhance cost and cash efficiency /li /ul /pph2Requirements /h2ulliA bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; /liliAt least 5 years experience with project control, preferably related to CAPEX projects; /liliExperience with SAP and Power BI is a plus; /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; /liliFluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus /li /ul /pph2Offer /h2ulliSalary up to €6,500 per month plus pension and performance-based salary raises and bonuses; /lili30 days’ annual leave, flexible working arrangements; /liliExtensive training and development programmes, including study budgets and coaching; /liliFlexible working hours; /liliHybrid working model: one day per week from home after your initial onboarding period; /liliProviding sponsorship /li /ul /pph2Information /h2ulliFor more information, please contact Duy Doan onor apply directly through the button. /li /ul /pph2 /h2p(cx_apply_button)br /p /p
