Chief Commercial Officer (Interim)

Our client is an innovative Dutch company active in advanced battery materials. The company is currently in a commercial scale‑up phase and is seeking an experienced (Interim) Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to further develop strategic customer relationships within the Asian battery value chain.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy following a strategic pivot toward solid‑state batteries.
• Deepen existing relationships with leading battery manufacturers in Asia, particularly in China.
• Accelerate commercial business development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise sales experience.
• Experience in China and a proven track record in technical product sales.
• Extensive experience in enterprise sales within complex, technology‑driven environments.
• Strong network within the battery industry or a related sector.
• Strategic vision combined with a hands‑on approach and sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must be based in the Netherlands (no relocation).
