The role As an Independent Chef, you run your own section and make sure every dish leaves the pass according to set recipes and standards. Run the hot section independently Maintain overview and timing during busy service Coordinate with the cold section for a smooth workflow Work according to fixed recipes and quality standards Contribute to a stable and well-coordinated kitchen team Who are we looking for?
