Our Maintenance Reliability team ensures everything runs smoothly and reliably. /p pYou’ll join a growing and supportive team of technicians, a senior technician, planners, and a maintenance support engineer. Together, we’re building a strong, future-proof facility-and you can be part of it. /p pbWhat will you do? /b /p pNo two days are the same. You will: /p ulliPerform preventive maintenance according to plan. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues (with support from colleagues when needed). /liliActively contribute ideas to improve reliability and performance. /liliWork according to clear procedures, always prioritizing safety and hygiene. /liliHelp build and strengthen our Maintenance Reliability team. /liliKeep clear administrative records of your work. /liliSupport the implementation of changes and improvement of instructions. /li /ul pbWho are you? /b /p pYou don’t need to know everything yet-motivation and willingness to learn are just as important. We’ll teach you what you don’t know. /p pYou: /p ulliHold a technical vocational qualification at upper‑secondary level (equivalent to EQF level 3–4 (e.g., mechatronics, electronics, or control engineering). /liliHave an affinity with safety and safe working practices, and ideally hold a safety certification such as VCA (VOL) and/or an electrical safety certificate (NEN 3140), or be willing to obtain these through us. Can read and understand technical documentation /liliCommunicate easily and enjoy working as part of a team. /liliTake responsibility for quality and safety. /liliAre eager to learn and grow. /liliAre based near our Boxmeer site. /li /ul pDo you see yourself in this role but aren’t ready to apply yet?
