The employee Operations is responsible for active participation in SQDIP of the department, contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and retention of achieved successes. Actively participates in projects arising from a Kaizen, Problem Solving Process (PSP) and/or Daily Management. Is focused on qualitative performance that is transparent and measurable. Co-responsible for creating a culture within the team that is focused on qualitative performance that is transparent and measurable. Supports the Cell Leader in onboarding new colleagues.
The Employee operations reports to the Cell Leader Production. The position will be on-site in Medemblik.
What you will do:
Performing automated and manual production work
Performing quality control on components, finished goods and on goods coming out of the warehouse
Packing and assembly of the produced goods
Preparation of the next production orders
Performing general administrative tasks to support the production apparatus, such as preparing and managing receipts – batch documentation – labels, managing kanban (counting, printing kanban cards) etc.
Who you are:
Knowledge of spoken and/or written English, Dutch is preferred
Level of knowledge of upper secondary education or equivalent through experience
Knowledge of the operation of production machines
Basic knowledge of PC is required
