Will you help us build something new in Boxmeer? Imagine this: you're part of the launch of a brand-new facility. As a maintenance technician, you'll be involved from day one-helping to build, test, and get our machines and installations up and running. We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious colleague who wants to help us build our new site in Boxmeer. Do you already have experience in maintenance or troubleshooting-or are you eager to grow into it? Maintenance Technician - Troubleshooting & Maintenance Welcome to the team Within Inactivated Vaccines Pharmaceuticals, we work in modern cleanrooms where safety, quality, and hygiene are always top priorities. Our Maintenance & Reliability team ensures everything runs smoothly and reliably. You'll join a growing and supportive team of technicians, a senior technician, planners, and a maintenance support engineer. Together, we're building a strong, future-proof facility-and you can be part of it. Perform preventive maintenance according to plan. Help build and strengthen our Maintenance & Reliability team. Have an affinity with safety and safe working practices, and ideally hold a safety certification such as VCA (VOL) and/or an electrical safety certificate (NEN 3140), or be willing to obtain these through us. Can read and understand technical documentation Communicate easily and enjoy working as part of a team. Take responsibility for quality and safety. You're welcome to drop by for an informal chat over coffee or tea. Working hours & on-call service Clear schedule, no night shifts Monday to Friday: 3 days day shift (07:30 - 16:00) 1 early shift (05:45 - 14:15) 1 late shift (13:45 - 22:15) No weekend shifts (except on-call duty) On-call: Once every 6 weeks (weekend) Availability between 06:00 - 22:00 First try to resolve issues remotely; You'll work in an international environment where we contribute to animal health together. Dutch language classes. As part of this, we offer Dutch language lessons to support cultural integration, help you feel at home, and enable you to navigate both the workplace and daily life with confidence. Excellent accessibility (train station next to the site and ample parking). Additional allowance for early/late shifts and fixed on-call compensation.
