You’ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with engineering, quality, and operations. Your mission? To ensure that everything not only runs—but excels. /p pYour responsibilities include: /p ulliContributing to the development of SOPs and work instructions. /liliTraining and coaching operators. /liliIdentifying and resolving bottlenecks during the start-up phase. /liliCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards. /liliDriving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. /liliSupporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH) /li /ul pbWho are you? /b /p pYou are an energetic hands-on professional with a sharp focus on quality and process improvement.
