Do you want to work as a production worker near Tilburg in a practical job with variety? Do you like working with food products, clear routines and colleagues who help each other when the line gets busy? Are you looking for a 3-shift job with a salary up to 3.500,- gross per month and a workplace where your production experience is valued? As a production worker, you help with preparation, quality checks, cleaning and packing tasks at different workstations. You work in a clean food environment where structure matters, but where the team also keeps things down to earth. As a production worker, you are active in several parts of the production process. You help prepare the line, keep the process clean and check whether the product is handled correctly. Preparing ingredients, materials and workstations before production starts. Helping during product changes and making sure the line can restart smoothly. Packing, sorting and preparing finished products for the next step. Following recipes, work instructions and food safety procedures. Helping colleagues when another workstation needs extra support. This role is a good match if you already know what it is like to work in production and enjoy a hands-on job. Experience in a production environment. Willingness to work in 3 shifts. Able to work accurately and follow hygiene and food safety rules. Good command of English and/or Dutch. Team-minded attitude and willingness to help colleagues. Experience in food production is a plus. You will join a clean food production site where the work is active, varied and well organised.
