As a Customer Service Representative, you will be reporting to the Manager Customer Operations. You will be responsible for:br /ulliAct as the main point of contact for partners across Europe, handling inquiries via phone and email, including order processing, complaints, and special projects /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, working closely with sales /liliManage orders using SAP and Excel, monitoring status, availability, and ensuring timely delivery /liliReview and improve existing processes by identifying gaps and suggesting more efficient solutions /liliUse vendor portals effectively to support daily operations /liliProvide partners with product information and practical solutions to their queries /liliSupport internal departments such as accounts receivable and marketing /liliMaintain a high level of service for both internal and external customers /liliAssist B2B and B2C colleagues when needed /li /ulH3Requirements /H3ulliHigher professional education or equivalent experience /liliGood command of English and German /liliExperience within a similar customer care position /liliExperience working with strongSAP system is preffered /strong /li /ulH3Benefits /H3ulliMarket relevant compensation package /liliFull time – 40 hours / week /liliTravel costs up to 250 Euros / month /liliA salary between €3.200 - €3.500 (Depending on experience) /li /ulH3Application Procedure /h3If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
