As a Production Employee, you work together with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly. You check products coming from production, process and pack them according to the required quality standards and make sure everything is ready for further processing or transportation.

During your shift, you keep a close eye on the production process to make sure everything is running according to plan. You register production data, identify and report any issues and make sure materials are replenished on time. Keeping your workplace clean and safe is also an important part of your job.

You will receive paid training and on-the-job guidance to learn the work, machines and safety procedures properly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Checking products according to the required quality standards
• Packing and processing finished products
• Preparing products for further processing or transportation
• Registering production data, such as progress and rejected products
• Identifying and reporting issues during the production process
• Replenishing materials and supplies
• Keeping the workplace and machines clean and organized
• Working together with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly

Working hours

You work from Monday to Friday in a 3-shift system:

• 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
• 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM

You rotate between these shifts according to the shift schedule. You always have your weekends off.

Over het bedrijf

You will be working at a professional production company in Zevenhuizen. Different departments work together every day to produce high-quality products and keep the production process running efficiently.

Quality, safety and teamwork are key on the work floor. You work with a regular team of colleagues and receive good guidance while learning your responsibilities.

The company is specifically looking for employees who want to stay for the long term and therefore invests in training and development. There are opportunities to learn new skills and progress into positions with more responsibility or a more technical focus.

After one year, you will join the client company directly.

• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Available for all shifts within the 3-shift schedule
• Able to travel independently to the work location in Zevenhuizen for all shifts
• Willing to learn new tasks and skills
• Accurate and quality-conscious
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Motivated and enthusiastic

Wat wij bieden

• €18.13 gross per hour, including 20% shift allowance and ADV allowance
• An average working week of 38 hours in a 3-shift system
• Paid training and good on-the-job guidance
• After one year, you will join the client company directly
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
