Production Worker

As a Production Worker, you will support the safe and efficient handling of pharmaceutical products throughout various stages of the production and logistics process. Working in accordance with established procedures and quality standards, you will help ensure that medications are prepared, packaged, and processed accurately while contributing to a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment.

Your main responsiiblities are:

• Process and package pharmaceutical products according to quality standards
• Perform production and logistics tasks accurately and on time
• Follow operational procedures, safety rules, and quality requirements
• Participate in daily team meetings and support efficient operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Working hours:

You will work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday.

• Morning shift: 06:30 - 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:30

During public holidays, Saturdays are also working days.

• Good understanding of dutch language written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems

• A base salary of €15,53 gross per hour and an attendance allowance of €1.00 per hour worked
• Shift allowance of 125% after 6.00 pm
• Early shift allowance of 150% for working hours: 05:30am – 08:00 am
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
• €75 attendance bonus for not being sick over a 6-month period
• €10 laundry allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10.1 km up to a maximum of 30 km one way)
