As a production/logistics employee, you will be responsible for cleaning, transporting, and preparing seedling trays, as well as assisting with work in the greenhouse and warehouse.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing, transporting, and arranging plastic trays in designated areas;
• Operating the tray-washing machine and stacking trays on pallets using a pallet jack;
• Transporting pallets using a forklift between the washing area and the warehouse;
• Preparing and organizing pallets according to requirements;
• Assisting with logistics tasks related to warehousing and distribution;
• Working on the assembly line—planting small plants (sedentary work);
• Working in the greenhouse with larger plants—inspecting, repotting, and weeding (standing, bending, and walking).

Work is on a day shift schedule; up to 6 days per week (including Saturdays) are possible.

• Salary: €16.19 gross per hour;
• 60% shift differential after working 38 hours per week;
