At PostNL in Halfweg, we are looking for a logistics engineer who can handle more than just the basics. You are the person who keeps the engine running, ensures quality, and makes sure every parcel is ready for the road. In this versatile role, you are responsible for the entire flow of the warehouse. The Essentials: Stacking parcels onto the sorting belts and moving roll containers (RCs) to their designated spots. Quality & Recovery: Handing out SKP bags to the correct sorting lanes and bringing corrected parcels to the right drivers or the induction area. Acting as a link between the planning office and the drivers when deviations occur. After the sorting process, you organize the RCs, attach the correct labels, and ensure the warehouse and outdoor area are swept clean and tidy. Choose a start time of 05:45 AM and finish your shift by 01:00 PM, working at least two days a week with Monday being a mandatory workday. While we occasionally offer Saturday shifts with a 40% bonus (20.59 p/h), our focus is on building a reliable weekday crew. Opportunities for a permanent contract and growth within PostNL.
