Zorg ervoor dat u de volledige omschrijving hieronder leest.<br><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced<strong> Audio-Visual Technician </strong>to join our team as a full-time, AV support specialist based in <strong>Amsterdam, NL.</strong> The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and event support, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experience.</p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily hands-on support for AV systems in conference rooms, event spaces, and collaboration areas;</li><li>Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV and video conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, etc.);</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of AV equipment;</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistent AV performance and uptime;</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for high-visibility meetings and executive AV needs;</li><li>Document system configurations, workflows, and incident resolutions;</li><li>Provide training and guidance to end users on AV system use and best practices;</li><li>Support live events including town halls, board meetings, and special presentations.</li></ul><br><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in an AV service/support role or similar position;</li><li>Proficient in AV system troubleshooting and technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure, and Logitech;</li><li>Experience with digital signal processing, AV over IP, and unified communications platforms;</li><li>CTS or equivalent AV certifications are highly desirable;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of audio, video, control, and networking fundamentals;</li><li>Ability to lift and move AV equipment up to 50 lbs and work in equipment closets or ceilings as needed;</li><li>Some regional travel may be required.</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills & Core Competencies: </strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor;</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users, stakeholders, and support teams;</li><li>Strong commitment to problem solving with a proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving issues;</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in live event or high-stakes meeting scenarios;</li><li>Self-starter with a high level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail;</li><li>Comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. xcjrqgh </li></ul><br><ul><li>Special referral bonuses for recommending your friends;</li><li>The possibility to following trainings via Stefanini Linkedin Learning, IT and soft skills training provided by our specialists;</li><li>Opportunities for professional development in a stable multinational environment;</li><li>Exposure to an international environment as part of a multicultural team spread across Europe.</li></ul><br>
