As Senior Lean Proces Engineer, you will: Introduce and embed Industrial Best Practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company of FLC. Support and train project teams in Industrial methods, Lean tools, and standards. Your team Our team is building not only the tunnel but also the facilities for prefabrication and accommodation, creating a unique “Tunnel village” for our workforce. Housing support and practical relocation assistance. Company-paid housing in Denmark. Possibility to continue working for BAM in the Netherlands after project completion. Degree in civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering, business management, or a related field. ~8+ years of experience in Lean Proces Engineering within construction or manufacturing. ~ Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing). ~ Proven track record in implementing Industrial Methods, preferably in Takt Production. ~ Analytical, eager to learn, and a true team player.
