As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in the production process of lightweight industrial materials used in horticulture, construction, and industrial applications.

Your work includes operating production and packaging machines, adjusting machine settings, monitoring product quality, and performing routine checks. You will also help load raw materials, support packaging activities, and ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

The work takes place in a specialized indoor production facility. The environment can be dusty at times, but all necessary protective equipment is provided. Together with your colleagues, you help maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality production process.

Responsibilities

• Operating machines used for production and packaging processes
• Adjusting machine settings according to production requirements
• Monitoring product quality and performing visual inspections
• Performing routine checks and minor maintenance tasks
• Identifying and reporting technical issues
• Loading raw materials into production machines
• Supporting packaging and shipment preparation
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Logging production and maintenance activities

About the role

You will work in a technical production facility where industrial materials are processed and packaged. This position combines machine operation, technical awareness, quality control, and physical work.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment and is comfortable working in a rotating shift system. Full protective equipment is provided, and motivated employees have the opportunity to develop further within the company.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• 3 rotating shifts

Shift schedule & allowances

• 06:00 - 14:00 100%
• 14:00 - 22:00 112%
• 22:00 - 06:00 137.5%

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required
• You are comfortable working in dusty conditions
• You have technical awareness and attention to detail
• You are physically fit and motivated
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• English language is required
• Forklift certificate is required
• Driving license is preferred but not required
