As Coordinator Services, you will play a key role in supporting our operational team by ensuring all administrative processes are managed efficiently and in line with our Quality Management System. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. By actively leveraging our TDM system and contributing to both departmental and individual KPIs, you will help drive operational excellence and support the achievement of our company goals.
Planning and Deploying Technicians Efficiently:
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensuring optimal use of technician time and resources to meet service demands.
Drawing Up Quotations and Contracts:
- Preparing detailed quotations for services and parts.
- Drafting and managing service contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon.
Purchasing Parts, Materials, and Services:
- Sourcing and purchasing necessary parts and materials for service tasks.
- Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Processing and Handling the Administration:
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Handling invoicing, payments, and other administrative tasks related to service delivery.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests for service.
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance, validation, and calibration services to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and meets regulatory standards.
- Required education level: MBO 4 / HBO work- and thinking level in relevant field
- Experience within a service company
- Knowledge of ERP system is an advantage.
- Experience in similar role is an advantage.
- Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders is crucial.
- Problem-solving ability: Quickly and efficiently identifying and solving problems is essential to keep services running smoothly.
- Organizational skills: Coordinating various tasks and managing time and resources requires strong organizational skills.
- Customer orientation: A service coordinator must always prioritize the needs and satisfaction of the customer.
- Technical knowledge: Depending on the sector, a good technical background may be necessary to understand the nature of problems and solutions.
- Stress resistance: The ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations is important.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with different teams and fostering a good working atmosphere is a key competency.
