INL Cargo, a leading logistics service provider with branches at Schiphol (NL), Barcelona (ES) and Ohrid (Macedonia), is entering an ambitious phase of growth. Building on a strong commercial foundation and attractive market opportunities, the company is investing in technology, network development and further professionalization. We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will set the commercial direction and prepare the organization for continued European expansion.
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead INL Cargo's commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, healthy margins and long-term customer partnerships, while building and developing an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier and capacity management. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and COO.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Senior commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, road transport, logistics or supply chain services.
A proven track record across sales, marketing, business development and key account management.
Experience building, leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
A relevant network among shippers, airlines and logistics service providers.
Expertise in pricing, tenders, contract negotiations and margin management.
Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch and Spanish is a strong plus.
Growth mindset, having the ability the commercial team and business volume into the next level
Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and internationally.
