Onsite Associate II, Inventory & transport Mgmt

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support daily logistic and operational activities. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transport of samples between buildings, management of inventory processes, and participation in a rotating weekend sample support schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

• Transport samples between buildings in a timely, safe, and compliant manner.
• Ensure proper handling, tracking, and delivery of samples according to established procedures.
• Participate in a rotating weekend sample support schedule approximately every 4 to 6 weeks, covering two consecutive weekends as required.
• Receive and process goods deliveries.
• Scan, record, and maintain inventory within inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure adequate supply availability.
• Label, organize, and store materials accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock audits when required.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with laboratory and operational teams to support daily workflow requirements.

• Drivers license is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics, inventory, or laboratory experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience with inventory management systems and/or barcode scanning tools is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications like Microsoft Teams, outlook and other packages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to participate in a rotating weekend support schedule.
