Trading Operations Specialist – Options/ Amsterdam

We're working with a growing quantitative trading firm looking to hire a Trading Operations Specialist to support a high-performance trading business with a strong focus on options.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with traders and technology teams, supporting the full trade lifecycle while helping build scalable operational processes as the firm continues to grow.

We're particularly interested in candidates who:

1. Are already based in Amsterdam (essential).
2. Have strong experience supporting listed and/or OTC options .
3. Can cover broader Trading Operations responsibilities across multiple asset classes.
4. Have experience within a market-making, proprietary trading, HFT or quantitative trading environment.
5. Have 2-7 years' experience in Trading Operations, Middle Office or Trade Support.
6. Are confident with trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, settlements and clearing.

Experience with Python, SQL or process automation would be advantageous.
