From day one, you enter a comprehensive training program lasting six to seven months to fully master the trade. You will work from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM in a dynamic, international facility in Hoofddorp. Collaborating with an enthusiastic team, you build advanced, customized conveyor solutions for global markets. The work is hands-on and rewarding: you assemble plastic modular components into high-quality systems. Every day presents new learning opportunities in a clean, state-of-the-art technical environment.

Responsibilities

Following the internal training curriculum to become an independent assembler
Building and mounting modular plastic conveyor systems
Checking components against quality benchmarks and technical layouts
Ensuring strict compliance with internal safety and operational protocols
Assisting team members and maintaining general workshop cleanliness
Achieving targeted productivity standards within the production line
Demonstrating flexibility to support overtime or weekend operations if needed

Requirements

Technical background or a strong affinity for mechanical assembly
Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude to absorb new technical skills
High level of accuracy and the ability to maintain focus on details
Good physical condition to support full-time standing work
Fluent in English, as it is the primary language on the production floor
Reliable transit options to the work location in Hoofddorp
