Senior Associate - IT & IP

A leading international law firm is growing its Amsterdam technology and data practice following significant new client demand. This is an excellent opportunity to join at an exciting growth stage and work with major corporate clients on high-profile IT, privacy and data protection matters.

What you'll do

• Advise on IT, privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR compliance and data governance.
• Handle commercial contracting, including IT and vendor/supplier agreements.
• Support major corporate clients on technology-driven projects and transactions.
• Work within a growing team led by experienced practitioners in the field.

What we're looking for

• Dutch-qualified lawyer (advocaat) at senior associate level.
• Typically 5-8 years' post-qualification experience in IT, privacy/data protection or commercial technology contracting.
• Strong experience across IT, privacy/data protection and/or commercial technology contracting.
• Background from a respected international or Dutch firm, or strong in-house experience.
• Commercial, client-facing approach and fluent English (Dutch preferred).
