Production Employee

Over de functie

Together with your team, you make sure production keeps running smoothly throughout every shift. You will learn how to check, process and pack products and how to recognize any issues or irregularities during the production process.

Previous production experience is not required. You will receive on-the-job training and guidance to learn the different tasks, machines and safety procedures. As you gain experience, you will be able to perform more of your tasks independently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Checking products and monitoring quality
• Processing and packing finished products
• Preparing products for transportation or further processing
• Recording production data
• Identifying and reporting issues during the production process
• Replenishing materials during production
• Keeping machines and the working environment clean and safe
• Working together with your colleagues as part of the shift team

Working hours

You work an average of 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system:

• 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
• 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM

You work from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are always free.

The actual work location is close to Rotterdam. Because of the shift times, it is important that you are able to travel independently to the work location for every shift.

New employees receive good guidance and training to learn how to perform the different tasks independently. You will join a regular shift team where colleagues work together to keep production running smoothly.

Wat wij vragen

• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Available for morning, afternoon and night shifts
• Able to travel independently to the work location in Zevenhuizen for all shift times
• Willing to learn new tasks and skills
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A motivated and enthusiastic attitude
• No experience? No problem! You will receive paid training and good on-the-job guidance

Wat wij bieden

• €18.13 gross per hour, including 20% shift allowance and ADV allowance
• An average of 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system
• Paid training and good on-the-job guidance
• After one year, you will join the client company directly
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
