As a Petrophysical Analyst, you will independently perform specialist SCAL analyses on rock samples. You will work on your own projects, interpret data and maintain contact with clients. Your responsibilities will include: Performing petrophysical analyses, such as porosity and permeability measurements Working with specialist SCAL techniques, such as capillary pressure measurements, Archie parameters, NMR and wettability studies Conducting two-phase flow experiments Assessing, interpreting and reporting laboratory data Maintaining, calibrating and checking laboratory equipment Communicating with clients about projects and results A direct one-year contract with our client, with the prospect of permanent employment Salary indication of €4,000 to €5,000 gross per month, based on full-time employment Full-time position of 40 hours per week 25 vacation days, with annual accrual up to a maximum of 28 days 8% holiday allowance, a potential bonus and a profit-sharing scheme The position is full-time day shift and is carried out fully on site For the position of Petrophysical Analyst, we are looking for an experienced candidate with strong hands-on experience in petrophysical analyses and Special Core Analysis. In addition, you have: A completed degree in physics, engineering, chemistry or a related field At least 5 years of relevant work experience with Special Core Analysis and/or rock property measurements Experience with techniques such as porosity and permeability measurements, Archie parameters, capillary pressure measurements, two-phase flow, NMR spectroscopy and/or wettability studies Good knowledge of SCAL laboratory systems and equipment Fluent written and spoken English A proactive and flexible attitude, and you enjoy working as part of a technical team Please note: for this position, it is mandatory that you already have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
