As a Customer Service Representative, you'll develop within a dynamic industry while strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the service experience. Executes day-to-day customer service tasks according to defined procedures and standards. Key responsibilities include logging customer interactions into the system for record-keeping and follow-up, escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and providing basic product recommendations based on customer needs and ensures compliance with company policies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Avantor Fluid Handling is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hillegom. Education : MBO/ Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar field Experience: Several years of applicable experience in a customer service role Strong communication skills in English, and good level of Dutch is required Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel Manage inbound customer communication regarding service status, orders, and issues Oversee the order processing, from initial entry through to final shipping, guaranteeing smooth and efficient processing We are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
