Reading drawings and welding instructions, checking the pre-processing for shape, dimensions, and cleanliness, and making construction connections In this role, you will be responsible for pre-processing and customizing plates and profiles You will make materials fit by burning and grinding, and assemble workpieces using tack welding Additionally, you will take measures to prevent distortion during welding and ensure the precise alignment and fitting of engine parts and structures, both onboard the ship and elsewhere Functie-eisen

A completed vocational education (MBO) in Metalworking, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field Proficiency in welding techniques and other joining methods A valid VCA certificate A certificate for safely lifting loads (or willingness to obtain this) Aanbod
