Voor de opbouw van een nieuwe business unit zoeken wij een ervaren en technisch sterke Supervisor. De machines worden geleverd vanaf deze zomer, daarom zoeken we idealiter iemand die beschikbaar is vanaf juli. Leads daily cleanroom operations, supervising a team of cleanroom technicians, and ensuring adherence to contamination control protocols, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Independently resolves complex challenges by applying a broad and deep understanding of cleanroom procedures, making informed judgments based on experience and industry best practices. Ensures seamless operations by effectively managing resources, guiding team members, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Facilitates communication and collaboration with internal teams, such as engineering, quality and maintenance, and external stakeholders, including suppliers or auditors, to provide support, detailed explanations, and foster engagement.
