As Coordinator Services, you will play a key role in supporting our operational team by ensuring all administrative processes are managed efficiently and in line with our Quality Management System. By actively leveraging our TDM system and contributing to both departmental and individual KPIs, you will help drive operational excellence and support the achievement of our company goals. Planning and Deploying Technicians Efficiently: Ensuring optimal use of technician time and resources to meet service demands. Drawing Up Quotations and Contracts: Preparing detailed quotations for services and parts. Drafting and managing service contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon. Purchasing Parts, Materials, and Services: Sourcing and purchasing necessary parts and materials for service tasks. Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Maintaining accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions. Handling invoicing, payments, and other administrative tasks related to service delivery. Responding to customer inquiries and requests for service. Scheduling and coordinating maintenance, validation, and calibration services to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and meets regulatory standards. MBO 4 / HBO work- and thinking level in relevant field Experience within a service company Quickly and efficiently identifying and solving problems is essential to keep services running smoothly. Coordinating various tasks and managing time and resources requires strong organizational skills. A service coordinator must always prioritize the needs and satisfaction of the customer. Collaborating with different teams and fostering a good working atmosphere is a key competency.
