In this role, you will manage a dedicated team on the Holtum site, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for a natural people manager with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

You remain calm under pressure and know how to inspire your team to perform at their best.

You also have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead Operator;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and commitment to safety.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will supervise a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators in the Outbound Picking & Shipping department.

You’ll work in from 11:00 until 20:00 and be responsible for:

• Coaching, evaluating, and developing your team members;
• Monitoring daily operations and resolving bottlenecks;
• Creating reports and analyses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Ensuring safety and quality on the work floor;
• Conducting absence, performance, and appraisal meetings;
• Collaborating closely with fellow Team Leaders, the Shift Manager, and the Operations Manager.
