As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships across the German-speaking market. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, from identifying new business opportunities and preparing quotations to negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with internal departments, including Purchasing, Operations, and Logistics, you will match customer requirements with available equipment while building a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio and target industries. You will proactively manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate records within the CRM system, follow up on customer enquiries, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Support both sales and procurement activities related to industrial processing and packaging equipment.
Assess commercial opportunities and contribute to negotiations with customers and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across international teams to achieve sales objectives and business growth targets.
Maintain accurate customer, sales, and opportunity data within the CRM system. C2 or C1 level of the German language, with excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, or business development.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth.
Interest in and affinity for industrial machinery, technical equipment, manufacturing, or process-related industries.
Ability to quickly develop product and market knowledge to support both sales and purchasing activities.
Experience managing sales pipelines, quotations, customer follow-up, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
Confident using modern business software, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
This is a full-time, office-based position, and regular on-site presence is required.
