As an operator, you work on manual production and packaging lines within a pharmaceutical environment. You follow clear work instructions, inspect the product, and ensure that every step is carried out neatly and in compliance with regulations. Your duties generally include the following:
Performing manual production and packaging tasks.
Monitoring quality during the production process.
Accurately completing batch records, logbooks, and other GMP documentation.
Identifying and reporting deviations.
Supporting discussions between Quality and Production to resolve issues.
Carrying out start-up, shutdown, and cleaning activities.
Working safely, accurately, and according to established procedures.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and controlled workspace.
