Picnic is looking for part-time or full-time production workers! (What you get as a production worker ~ Earn up to €16.19 per hour , including holiday pay and shift allowances (according to CAO) ~ Part-time or full-time contract: Flexible scheduling : choose your shifts week by week, or opt for a fixed schedule with guaranteed hours ~ 200 training budget for your development + quick growth opportunities (e.g. team lead, planner) Your role as a production worker Picking and packing groceries in the warehouse Checking product quality and expiry dates Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player Basic Dutch or English is enough Available for 16–40 hours per week (part-time or full-time) Shifts Morning shift : 06:00 – 15:00 Evening shift : 15:00 – 00:00 Student shift : 18:00 – 00:00 (at least one evening and one weekend day required) Choose your preferred shift each day or lock in a fixed schedule. We are looking for new production workers for our warehouse in Utrecht. To be considered for this position, candidates must already be legally authorised to work in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we don't offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role
