As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the operational performance of multiple warehouse departments. You lead a team of Supervisors, ensure operational excellence, and continuously improve processes through data-driven decision-making. Leading, coaching, and developing multiple Supervisors and their operational teams;
Monitoring and steering daily KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and service;
Analyzing operational performance and translating data into actionable improvement initiatives;
Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within a highly automated warehouse environment;
Collaborating closely with Workforce Planning and other support departments to optimize capacity and operational performance;
Helping shape the future of Arvato's newest Tech location by driving operational excellence and continuous improvement;

Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level;
Several years of experience in warehouse management or a comparable operational leadership role;
Experience leading multiple operational teams through Supervisors;
Experience working with ERP and WMS systems (SAP or similar);
Good command of the English language;
A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and inspire teams;
Willing to work in 2-shift structure with additional allowance.
