From a modern and temperature-controlled working environment in Horst, the team works daily on quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Wat ga je doen als Production Worker As a Food Production Worker in Horst, you will work in a dynamic production environment where you are responsible for sorting, processing, and packaging food products according to set guidelines. Together with your colleagues on the production line, you ensure a smooth, efficient, and hygienic production process. You monitor product quality, identify any deviations, and actively contribute to optimizing the process. You will work in rotating shifts: an early shift from Monday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM and typically finishing at 2:00 PM, with possible extension until 3:30 PM. In addition, there is a (late) day shift from Monday to Friday, starting at 12:00 PM and continuing until production is completed. During busier periods, the start time may shift to 2:00 PM.
