Link Snacks, a global leader in the protein snack industry (brands include Jack Link's, Peperami, and BiFi), is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel EMEA to join their international team in Amsterdam. This role serves as a strategic business partner, overseeing legal, compliance, and regulatory functions across the EMEA region.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 7 years of legal experience.
• At least 3 years of in-house experience within an international organization.
• Proven expertise in commercial contracting, European employment law, and EU food/regulatory law.
• Experience managing external counsel and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or highly regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage the legal function and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Provide proactive legal advice on commercial contracts, employment law, and labor relations.
• Oversee data privacy (GDPR), intellectual property, and corporate ethics programs.
• Serve as a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, balancing commercial objectives with legal risk management.
