The role includes acting as Deputy Store Manager when the Store Manager is not present. This means a high level of responsibility for staff, leadership, staffing, store operations, and administration.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities as Store Coach / Team Leader:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Together with the Store Manager, develop and lead the store team.</li> <li>Lead the daily work on the shop floor and motivate the team through clear feedback and follow-up.</li> <li>Introduce, train, and follow up on new employees.</li> <li>Ensure that all routines are followed – including visual merchandising and daily store presentation.</li> <li>Clearly distribute tasks and areas of responsibility to each team member.</li> <li>Ensure that our customers receive the best possible service – every day.</li> <li>Make the store a great place to both work in and shop at.</li> <li>Ensure routines and reporting during the Store Managers absence.</li> <li>Act as the Store Managers closest sounding board and coach the team.</li> <li>Be responsible for the overall condition of the store – orderliness, replenishment, and garment care.</li> <li>Work with KPIs, analysis, and personnel-related matters.</li> <li>Contribute to a strong team spirit and an inspiring working environment.</li> </ul><br><p><strong>We are looking for someone who:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Is an engaged, organized, and driven person who enjoys meeting many different people.</li> <li>Has leadership experience and enjoys working practically close to the team.</li> <li>Likes structure, is solution-oriented, and wants to contribute to development. xcjrqgh </li> <li>Is fluent in English, both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus.</li> <li>Is at least 18 years old.</li> </ul><br><p><strong>We offer a varied role with great opportunities for further career development within Lager 157.</strong></p><br>
