The business is known for managing complex, multi-site operations, combining commercial innovation, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence to create long-term partnerships Functie - Lead complex proposal and tender processes end-to-end. - Develop winning bid strategies and commercial propositions. - Manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Ensure high-quality, competitive proposal submissions. - Oversee bid portfolio priorities and resource planning. - Drive continuous improvement of bid management processes. Profiel - Proven experience in proposal, bid, or tender management, ideally within a complex or fast-paced environment. - Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop winning strategies and compelling proposals. - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach. - Confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills. - Fluent Dutch and English is a must. - Experience in, or exposure to, the hospitality, catering, facilities, or service industry is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
