Job DescriptionProvide change management support to EuroQCI activities, including secretariat services and change impact assessments.As part of the Service team, you will have the following responsibilities:Support shall include secretariat support to:The EuroQCI Engineering BoardThe Programme Configuration Control Board (PCCB)This support shall include:Preparation and circulation of meeting agendas Organisation of meeting dates, logistics, and document distributionCollection and consolidation of input documentationPreparation and issuance of Minutes of Meeting (MoM)Tracking of actions and decisionsThe Contractor shall perform change impact analyses covering both:a) Programmatic Impact Analysis, including:Schedule impact assessmentCost impact assessmentResource implicationsb) Technical Impact Analysis, including:Requirements impactArchitectural implicationsDesign trade-offsVerification and validation impactsDescription of the proposed changeAssumptionsImpact assessmentConclusions and recommendationsQualificationsYou will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:Master's in Engineering or equivalent university degree;At least 5 years of experience in project management or change managementFluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.Additional InformationThis job is located in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.
