B2B Technology IndustryA leading international technology manufacturer within the professional display and digital signage market is looking for a proactive Sales Support / Order Management Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam.This is a highly visible position within the business, acting as the central point of contact between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full order lifecycle from order placement to deliveryMonitor and track customer orders, ensuring issues are resolved quicklyLiaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to coordinate order fulfilmentSupport the release of orders on financial holdProduce reports and provide updates on order status, stock availability and delivery risksIdentify and proactively resolve potential delays or customer issuesAttend internal stakeholder meetings to discuss order performance and business risksDeliver a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholdersRequirementsExperience in Sales Support, Order Management, Customer Service or a similar B2B coordination roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and data analysisProactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressureStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluency in Dutch and EnglishPreferred BackgroundTechnology, consumer electronics, AV, digital signage or related B2B industriesExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systemsExposure to supply chain, logistics or commercial operations environmentsWhat's on Offer?Opportunity to join a global market leader in the technology sectorHigh level of exposure across commercial and operational teamsFast-paced, collaborative environment with genuine career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and being at the heart of a commercial operation, we'd love to hear from you.
