Technical Product Manager (Platform & Loyalty Domain)About the ProjectA leading global digital marketplace is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join a strategic platform team responsible for the technology foundations behind a large-scale customer loyalty programme.The platform team develops shared services, decisioning capabilities, APIs and reusable technology that enable multiple customer-facing product teams to deliver consistent, scalable and high-impact customer experiences. The focus is on building core platform capabilities that reduce duplication, improve operational efficiency and accelerate innovation across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product strategy, roadmap, business outcomes and success metrics for a platform product area.Translate customer, business and internal stakeholder requirements into scalable platform capabilities.Define platform contracts across APIs, domain models, workflows, events, rules engines and data structures.Drive prioritisation across customer impact, scalability, technical complexity, compliance and operational risk.Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Architects and Senior Engineers on technical direction and delivery.Establish and evolve platform capabilities around: Enrollment & eligibilityBenefit configurationEntitlements managementRedemption orchestrationDecisioning servicesReporting & analyticsImprove platform adoption through documentation, onboarding, observability and support models.Monitor adoption, reliability, integration lead times and business outcomes.Ensure privacy, security, resilience, governance and compliance requirements are embedded within the platform.Communicate strategy, progress and risks effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or a closely related technical discipline.Experience owning platform products, backend services, shared capabilities or internal developer platforms.Strong understanding of: APIsService-oriented architecturesEvent-driven systemsDistributed systemsData contractsAutomation & orchestrationObservabilityScalability & reliabilityAbility to translate ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience working closely with software engineering teams on architecture and technical trade-offs.Track record of driving adoption of platform capabilities across multiple teams.Excellent communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience within loyalty programmes, rewards, promotions, marketplaces, payments or other rules-based domains.Experience working in large-scale consumer technology environments.Project DetailsRole: Technical Product ManagerLocation: Amsterdam (Hybrid)Contract Duration: Until 31 December 2026Start Date: ASAPType: ContractLanguage: EnglishLet op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
