As a Machine / Production Operator, you’ll work across multiple production areas depending on planning. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential, as you may rotate between departments.

Milling Department (Roasting Nuts)

In this department, you work with industrial ovens to roast nuts. Your tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring roasting ovens
• Feeding nuts into the machines
• Setting time and temperature correctly
• Checking product quality
• Recording production data and reporting malfunctions
• Cleaning machines according to hygiene standards
• Working closely with your team

Hand Packing Department

Here you manually pack and prepare products for shipment:

• Packing products into boxes
• Preparing boxes for transport
• Checking quantities and product quality
• Applying labels
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

This department requires speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Coating Department (Machines & Packaging)

In this area, you work with production machines:

• Operating and monitoring machines
• Performing quality checks
• Solving small technical issues
• Carrying out basic maintenance tasks
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe

Working hours

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system (Monday to Sunday):

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:45
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:45

Occasional Saturday work is possible, with additional allowances.

Our offer

• Salary between €16.28 – €16.63 gross per hour
• Shift allowance of 14% or 19%
• 30% extra on Saturdays and 100% on public holidays

• Previous production experience, ideally within the food industry or in an operator role

• Skilled in operating and troubleshooting packaging machinery

• Strong command of spoken English

• Ability to work with precision and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

• Hourly wage: starting from around €20 per hour (included shift allowance)

• Shift allowance: +14% for 2-shift schedule / +19% for 3-shift schedule

• Additional pay: +30% for Saturday shifts, +100% for public holidays

• Vacation allowance: 8%
