Based in Tilburg, the team connects production, planning, and logistics with Nutreco’s global network of customers and sister companies.Operating in a complex export environment, the team manages order processing, documentation, transport coordination, and international compliance, requiring strong collaboration and a focus on delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.What you’ll doAs Customer Service Export Lead, you will combine operational responsibility with leadership. You will ensure that export processes run smoothly while continuously improving performance and ways of working.Lead and support the Customer Service Export team, fostering accountability, collaboration and developmentEnsure accurate and timely processing of orders, export documentation and deliveries to global customers and internal stakeholdersAct as the key link between customer service, production, planning and logistics partnersMonitor performance (e.g. OTIF, delivery reliability) and drive continuous improvement initiativesLead or contribute to optimization projects (Lean, process improvements, digital tools)Remain hands-on by managing a number of countries operationallyWho we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone ready to Own this role-taking responsibility for both team performance and daily operations, while continuing to grow into a leadership position.You bring:Experience in customer service, logistics or supply chainExperience in leadership or coordinationStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindsetStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and culturesA hands-on, proactive attitude and ownership mindsetStrong command of English is essential (native or near-native level); Dutch is preferredWhat you’ll receiveAt Nutreco, you’ll be part of a global organization driven by the purpose of Feeding the Future.
