Responsibilities Execute US portfolio services focused on sales (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations):Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirementsCapture incidence information in payroll systemEnsure payroll meets operation controlsMonitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA complianceEnsure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and deliveryResponsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issuesDeliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIsContiue communication and support with local functional teamsConciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related FieldExperience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong English oral and written communication skillsCustomer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skillsAbility to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the processAbility to handle multiple tasks at the same timeAnalytical skillsAction-oriented and problem solving skillsTeam player and highly collaborativeUntouchable integrity and ethicsFunctional and technical expertise to provide solutionsAttention to detail and high organization, ability to work independently to meet deadlinesExcellent follow-up skillsAbility to work under pressureIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.
