Senior Payroll & International Benefits Specialist (Equity Focus)Are you an experienced Payroll professional with strong expertise in equity compensation, RSUs, and international benefits? We are looking for a Senior Payroll & International Benefits Specialist to lead payroll-related benefits processes across multiple countries and ensure accurate, compliant payroll treatment of global equity programs.In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Compensation & Benefits teams, driving payroll excellence, process improvements, vendor management, compliance, and technology optimization. You will play a key role in supporting RSU and stock option programs, international benefits administration, and payroll governance across a global organization.Key Requirements5+ years of international payroll experience3+ years managing payroll benefits processesStrong knowledge of RSUs, stock options, and equity compensationExperience with global payroll compliance and vendor managementFamiliarity with Workday and payroll technologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsContinuous improvement and project management mindsetStart: as soon as possibleSetup: Hybrid/ remoteHours/week: 40Let op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
